Digitale PDF’s worden handmatig per e-mail geleverd binnen 1–3 werkdagen na succesvolle betaling. Er wordt geen fysiek product verzonden, tenzij een maatwerk-kostuum uitdrukkelijk is besteld. Maatwerk vereist een apart schriftelijk aanbod en bevestiging.
